MES MOM Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of MES MOM Manager in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows:
- Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) based Supply Chain Systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM).
- Partner with business clients and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions. Work with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value.
- Suggest/evaluate system architecture options, along with estimating and planning project work. Produce/review specifications and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and vendors on configuration/development of system components.
- Prepare and execute test plans, cutover plans, and help on training and change management activities. Provide application support services. Can direct the activities of team in all tasks.
- Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered. Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities.
- Manage and develop client relationships, and respond to requests for client proposals.
- Manage medium-small teams and projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing commercial-off-the-shelf ERP products and MES/MOM products including SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, OpenText, and GE Proficy to perform design and implementation of client projects;
- Leading project management or delivery;
- Building manufacturing and quality processes including incoming quality and in-process production for manufacturing plants;
- Executing workflow program solution components, configuring, and developing solutions using Oracle or SQL;
- Manufacturing shop floor systems and processes;
- Developing reference architectures, including ISA-95 or ISA-88; and
- Working in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and utilizing Agile methodologies across client projects.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
Pursuant to the Illinois Pay Transparency law, the offered wage for this role is $150,009.60 per year and information on benefits offered is here.
