The Client Proposal digital product family has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to lead multiple digital delivery teams in order to help bring the overall product vision to life. With the vision in mind, digital product managers design a high-level, and immediate strategy around building digital capabilities that support the overall product roadmap. The Client Proposal Product Managers ideate and create both product solutions and accompanying processes in partnership with technical solution architecture, user experience design and other key legal and business stakeholders. They are responsible for strategic planning, alignment of experience insights to the products value proposition, lead individual pieces of the product life cycle, stakeholder management and overseeing execution, delivery and ongoing product improvements. The successful candidate will also be a direct people leader helping individuals enhance their professional acumen and achieve career goals & aspirations.

Hiring Maximum: $199,300

What Experience You Need:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working on a product team, preferably with direct experience as a product manager, product owner or equivalent
- 5+ years working in an agile development environment
- 3+ years as a direct people leader
- Product Owner / Manager certification or equivalent
- SIE required within 12 months of hire.
- Series 99 or Series 7 required within 12 months of hire.
