ABOUT ITSMF

The Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) is an influential and vibrant organization that works diligently to increase the representation of Black professionals at senior levels in technology fields. We achieve our mission by developing, enriching, and supporting existing dynamic leaders—mind, body, and soul. We also nurture the pipeline of future generations of technology leaders through community outreach, STEM education and career awareness, scholarships, and early career development, as charged by the ITSMF Foundation.

At ITSMF’s inception in 1996, Black leaders held only 3% of senior-level positions in the technology industry. With a half-million new computer-related jobs expected by 2028, ITSMF is committed to increasing the number of qualified Black professionals to attain and excel in these positions.
