Responsible for oversight and management of the Product Management, Product Monitoring, Product Development and Commercialization, Business and Client Readiness teams in Wholesale Payments. Oversee development and management of all wholesale payments solutions and provide shared service support (commercialization, readiness and client transitions management) for all capabilities, delivered through the Wholesale Payments sales channel. Work closely with our technology & operations and marketing teams to manage the end-to-end product management lifecycle and to keep our strategy and client solutions aligned across the organization. The scope of responsibilities includes market analysis, product strategy development, new and existing product development, commercialization, teammate and client change management, financial management and product administration. Frequently interface with regulators and prepares executives for regulatory conversation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overall management and direction of Wholesale Payments Product team, including vision and product strategy creation, product development roadmap, funding needs and requests, establishment and accomplishment of profitability, creation and implementation of high impact business, people and product initiatives, and ongoing monitoring and management of the product portfolio.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our 3rd-party vendors, internal product, and technology partners to support effective product management and development. Stay abreast of new developments in the industry and new vendors/capabilities that may be beneficial to Truist's clients and stakeholders.
3. Have an in-depth knowledge and clear understanding of client needs; strengths, weaknesses and gaps in the current capability set; the competitive environment and competitor product offerings and strategies, including key areas of differentiation; industry trends, innovation and emerging capabilities.
4. Manage large initiatives on behalf of Wholesale Payments.
5. Identify organizational changes and improvements that would drive better and more efficient client experiences.
6. Lead teams that provide shared services to multiple product and operational organizations to enable Truist to function as one bank and leads teammates and clients through change to consolidated channels (commercialization, readiness, transitions management).
7. Ensure effective product management disciplines are used in the development and management of treasury solutions. Ensure products conform to relevant regulations and required laws, including market developments and anticipated changes to the regulatory environment.
8. Represent Wholesale Payments organization both internally and externally, including industry presentations, client meetings and internal meetings/discussions.
9. Effectively manage human capital, including identifying, acquiring, developing, and retaining top performing talent.
10. Display strong risk management disciplines: ensuring team adherence to existing policies and procedures and helping escalate and identify emerging risks as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 15 years of experience with Wholesale Payments, product management, P&L management, and strategy for commercializing new products and services in a regional bank, large bank or closely related technology-driven organization.
2. At least 10 years of supervisory or managerial experience leading teams, including demonstrated expertise in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, including team building and mentoring.
3. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
4. Experience managing and executing the product management lifecycle in a changing environment.
5. Demonstrated ability creating and implementing effective market strategies for banking clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's/Advanced Degree preferred
2. Required license(s) or certification(s) Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
