Responsibilities
As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive Security Ambassador Program aimed at empowering employees to take an active role in safeguarding our information assets. Your expertise in information security learning development and communication will be key in driving engagement and ensuring the program's success. We are seeking a dynamic analyst to join us!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation, implementation, implementation, and maturity of the Enterprise Security Ambassador (ESA) Program.
- Design, develop, and mature the ESA Program framework, including training materials, resources, and engagement strategies.
- Coordinate and learning sessions and workshops to educate Security Ambassadors on best practices, policies, and emerging threats in information security.
- Provide continued support to Security Ambassadors, addressing their questions and concerns while fostering a collaborative community.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Technology (ET), Human Resources and Development (HR&D) and Enterprise Compliance and Ethics, to align the ESA Program with organizational goals and security policies.
- Research, identify and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and identify opportunities for improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
- Develop and execute awareness campaigns to promote the ESA Program and highlight the importance of security practices organization wide.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, threats, and best practices in information security and learning methodologies to continuously enhance the ESA Program.

- Potential starting salary range: $82,000 - $125,000
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
