A Cyber Testing and Application Resilience Tester facilitates the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of application level cyber resilience tabletop tests, test scenarios, and test reports. They conduct and direct simulated cyber related tabletop exercises with both application technical and business owners to evaluate their response and recovery abilities in the face of a cyber incident. The primary duties include application-level scenario ranking and publishing results; test development, review, execution and publishing results; and identification and creation of remediation items.

Facilitate the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Application Cyber Resilience tabletop tests and scenarios
- Conduct and direct simulated cyber tabletop exercises with diverse contributors
- Develop, document and deliver program information, presentations, and reports in support of the Cyber Resilience program
- Collect relevant program data, synthesize useful information, and provide program metrics
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with all necessary departments to coordinate cyber resilience program efforts
- Participate on IT, resilience, and technology continuity projects and activities as needed
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal customers, partners, and key contributors
Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology related field or equivalent education and related training
- Five years of demonstrated progressive experience in Cybersecurity experience
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity terms, concepts, disciplines and frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NIST CSF, RMF, 800-53, MITRE, VERIS
- Experience with automation and AI tools
- Motivated self-starter, able to manage meetings, calendars, and update systems-of-record in a timely manner as well as deliver reports early or on-time.
- Provides excellent verbal and communications skills
- Ability to analyze application and technical environments, identify security gaps, and contribute solid ideas and recommendations for resilience improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment with strong human relations skills
- Able to work as an individual contributor and in a group environment without direct supervision within strict deadlines
- Ability to negotiate and work through challenging environments to effect change
