Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes. Assist teams in delivering value and achieving objectives. Communicate with stakeholders and escalate impediments. Manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. Drive continuous improvement and integration. Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe and Agile methodologies. Manage and optimize program flow, facilitating PI Planning and readiness. Aggregate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives. Track and report status, ensuring value delivery. Institutionalize the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within the Release Train and teams Act as a liaison between Engineering, Product management and Practice teams Agile Leadership: Intermediate Agile Methodologies: Advanced Business Process Improvement: Intermediate Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Intermediate Facilitation: Intermediate Kanban: Advanced Lean: Advanced Project Management: Intermediate Project Planning: Intermediate Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Advanced Scrum: Advanced Servant Leadership: Advanced Written and Oral Communication: Advanced Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods. Understanding of company organizational model, structure, and Agile journey history. Effective facilitation and teaching methods. Coaching and mentoring approaches, including the distinction between the two. Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties. Strong problem-solving skills. Understanding of Agile Value Stream Experience successfully running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
