Overview

The Sharepoint team is hiring a Principal Group Product Manager to bring innovative AI-driven solutions to the world of Enterprise Content Management.”

This is a 100% remote role based in United States of America (USA). Relocation to USA is not supported for this role.

SharePoint powers file collaboration for Microsoft Office, Teams, OneNote, Education, Viva, and much more – making it one of the largest storage platforms in the world and a leader in content management systems. We want your help to build first class user experiences that expand on SharePoint’s role a leader in content management as we enter the age of AI.

We are looking for an innovative Group Product Manager to shape new document centric capabilities that bring AI to the world of Enterprise Content Management. You will be responsible for creating new 0-to-1 user experiences, finding product market fit, and building these ideas into rich customer driven applications.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.

Product Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,500 - $276,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,800 - $304,200 per year.

Responsibilities

You will run a team of 5-7 product and user experience focused Product Managers (PM) for a large developer team.

Working with designers, researchers, marketing, and business partners you will expand SharePoint’s role as a leader in Enterprise Content Management with new solutions and capabilities to grow customer adoption. Your expertise in tradeoffs, ROI decisions, and in creating high performing experiences will be a key differentiator in this role.

Key Deliverables:

  • Accountability to grow Enterprise Content Management use cases within the SharePoint Product family through key metrics such as MAU, business metrics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build new standalone applications that leverage and showcase integrations of AI to solve Enterprise Content Management scenarios.
  • Lead key partnerships with a diverse set of organizations to help customers achieve their business goals.
  • Work with external partners on product integrations and enablement.
  • Engage with customers both directly and informally, presenting at conferences, gathering feedback, and hosting product discussions.
  • Grow a team of talented PMs across all level bands and skillsets, improving and upgrading our talent as a team.
