What you’ll be doing...

As the CSP Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing strategies for implementing a Multi-Cloud Hybrid Platform for telecom products and solutions to meet Public Sector and Enterprise requirements. This includes gathering requirements, assessing strategies to meet the North Star Cloud architecture and contractual obligations with respect to cybersecurity compliance for Public Sector and Regulated customers.

You will work with cross-functional teams of highly skilled individuals employing cloud technology, ServiceNow platforms, cybersecurity standards for managed networks, products and custom solutions. You will architect compliance-by-design and secure solutions to augment Verizon products to meet the compliance requirements in a repeatable, cost effective and scalable manner including:

  • Integrating best practices and Governance Risk and Compliance standards into Government Community Cloud environments to meet a common Authority to Operate goal for new and existing workloads.
  • Implementing the strategy and requirements for linking critical functions and accredited workloads to the Verizon Government Cloud with Interconnect Service Agreements.
  • Developing strategies for transformation and modernization to meet CSP security requirements and standards.
  • Develop templated requirements and reference architecture to supplement functional product (network, platforms, and apps) requirements into an integrated requirements library in ServiceNow.
  • Driving the Cyber Compliance Solutions Strategy with CISO and other Verizon Teams.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:?

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the following technologies/frameworks: Kubernetes, AWS Govcloud, Azure Government, Ansible, Nessus, Terraform, RedHat OpenShift, Cloud Native Solutions, NIST, FedRAMP, TIC3.0, ZeroTrust Frameworks.
  • Experience in ServiceNow SPM, SAFEAgile, IRM, and CAM applications.
  • Experience in designing and/or evaluating/assessing Multi Cloud and Hybrid Architecture.
  • Experience in Compliant cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes) specific to the NIST, CISA, DoD guidelines.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • AWS Certificate for Security/Solutions Architect/Cloud Practitioner.
  • ServiceNow Certifications
  • ISACA CSX-P, ISC2 CISSP/CCSP certifications.
