Develop, collaborate and execute on a comprehensive metric strategy that increases the transparency of software delivery to both business and technology partners
Drive comprehensive data analysis to assist in guiding metrics strategy presenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations to team members

Qualifications:
12+ years of Product Management and Engineering experience
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent; MBA or Master’s degree a plus
Experience delivering large, complex projects that involve interfacing with multiple teams, especially projects involving changes to platforms, methodologies, business applications and technology.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize needs and deliver related value.
Proven ability to implement metrics and KPI’s
Strong analytical and problem-solving thought processes.
Demonstrated ability in strategizing and applying decisions.
Top notch written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to management and expertly facilitate meetings.
High level of comfort operating in ambiguity, and flexibility to work on multiple, concurrent assignments
