From concept to completion, you’ll guide our products through every stage of development, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Technology teams across the organization.
You’ll do all of this while working alongside your colleagues at Cox Communications, an industry leader in connecting people to the things they do and love, through products, services, and technology.
What You’ll Do

Partner with teams from the Business, Technology, Product, and Strategy, working together to build best in class analytics solutions in & around the CB Salesforce ecosystem.

Take part in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle with Technology, from requirements gathering, to design, to implementation and UAT, then you’ll work your magic with validation and regression testing.

Create Business requirements with Technology to generate technical requirements, partner with architects to creation of High-Level Design and Low-Level Design to support high profile projects and enhancements.

Assist with reviewing new and existing analytics data workflows / recipes and ensure alignment with our analytics roadmaps.

The ability to learn and grow leveraging newer technologies such as Agile Development, the Salesforce roadmap & new-release upgrades and applying framework / techniques to analytics solutions that benefit the Enterprise.

Lead design reviews and analytics support discussions with Project managers, Software team and business stakeholders.

Leverage technical expertise to perform investigation of production issues as a tier 4 resource and provide analysis to stakeholders in a timeline manner.

Contribute to investigating new software technologies and best practices and sharing insight with team members and leaders in the organization.

Build, Development and Support new analytics solutions that assist in faster and easier deployment changes for business stakeholders and Cox customers.

Provides Business Analysis advice and support on complex projects with potentially significant business impact.

Participates in and provides input in business strategy and portfolio level discussions.

Serves as a consultative team member with peers, business partners and other relevant stakeholders in planning, organizing, preparing and executing on initiatives.

Formulates and completes end-to-end business analyses / assessments, ensuring appropriate coverage of business and technical requirements, scope and deliverables based on business partner needs.

Analyzes and documents the impacts of given requests across organizations and functions.

Ensures solutions address cost and other risks in terms of current and anticipated use cases.

Serves as a go-to person for the business function, providing analysis and guidance based on understanding of market and industry trends.

Who You Are
As you can imagine, this is one of those jobs that requires some special skills. Here are some of the basic requirements that will assure you’re on track for this opportunity:
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field

4+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) as a Data Analyst.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Very Strong SQL skills and understanding of PL/SQL, SOQL, SAQL.
-
Strong Data Analysis & Visualization competency. Need to understand internal and external data, identifying trends, and extracting insights from data is crucial.
-
A strong understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform and its data structure is necessary.
-
Ability to create and manage CRMA and Lightning dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate insights.
-
Understanding of Data Integrations and best practices applicable to Salesforce / Data Cloud / CRMA.
-
Understanding of AI for predictions and automation of actions based on insights within Salesforce ecosystem.
-
Understanding and knowledge to manage user permissions to ensure that the right people have access to the right information withing Salesforce / CRMA.
-
Understanding of different license types and permission sets for CRMA, such as CRM Analytics Growth Admin and CRM Analytics Plus User.
-
Knowledge of how to define CRM data analytics goals and objectives to ensure that your efforts are aligned with business needs.

Proficient in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and ability to author design documents such as BRD’s and HLD’s; presenting analysis, design assumptions, dependencies, risks, and project scope, with peers, project managers, and other leaders in the organization.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.

Ability to prioritize and manage critical project timelines that require solution design support.
Preferred:
-
Hands-on experience in Telecommunications Billing and Order Management applications; Cox Communications (or similar telecom provider) enterprise data warehouse.

Knowledge and understanding of Telecom architectural and Business Support Systems standards and best-practices.

Ability to research current and latest technology trends and tools within the Enterprise analytics space.

Salesforce certifications (Admin, CRMA, Data Cloud).

AWS Certifications and practical experience in Athena

SAFe Certifications
