We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Conferencing collaboration technologist engineering resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over six years of progressive experience with collaboration products and platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, Stream, Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Control Hub, and various video conferencing units such as Cisco, Microsoft, Neat, and Poly.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide essential leadership and supervision to a subordinate management team and associates. Ensure internal compliance to process and standards. Understand and communicate strategic direction to associates and line of business (LOB) clients.
2. Interact with LOB management to strengthen client relationships to ensure implementation of consistent and supportable technical infrastructure.
3. Plan, develop and monitor departmental budget in accordance with guidelines as established by Bank management, Operations Division management and the IT Operations Service Manager. Administer compliance to meet budgetary goals and negotiate changes as required to support Bank objectives.
4. Utilize analysis and reporting to improve departmental and bank-wide efficiency and effectiveness of the corporation's client server infrastructure.
5. Provide IT leadership and guidance in the planning of corporate, client and internal infrastructure projects. Work with senior management to ensure adequate staffing is available to complete initiatives/projects as determined by senior management. Identify and execute on opportunities for staff augmentation via offshoring.
6. Participate in the development of strategic policy for desktop, laptop and server hardware and software.
7. Understand and communicate strategic direction to peers, subordinates, clients and vendors.
8. Manage the translation of strategic direction into efficient, effective and supportable solutions ensuring client success while maintaining compliance to internal processes and policies.
9. Implement and monitor controls to ensure that the availability, reliability, performance and service levels of the client server platform remain consistently high and in keeping with line of business expectations. Direct team activities during production problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or an Information Technology field or equivalent education or related training
2. Eight years of advanced experience managing in an Information Technology environment
3. Eight years of experience implementing and supporting large scale client server solutions
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Demonstrated proficiency in learning and applying technical concepts
6. Ability to successfully interact with senior management across all lines of business and negotiate complex technical issues
7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
8. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Preferred Skills:
- 6+ years of progressive work experience with collaboration products and platforms, including, but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, Stream, Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Control Hub, video conferencing units (Cisco/Microsoft/Neat/Poly)
- Extensive experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining video conferencing devices (Microsoft Teams Rooms/Cisco/Poly)
- Extensive experience evaluating and implementing application platforms in an enterprise environment
- Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end application traffic flows (Wireshark/Fiddler/browser developer tools)
- Experience working with enterprise software packaging/deployment models
- Experience working with both cloud based and hybrid application platforms
- Experience with managing/maintaining SSL certificates
- Experience working with enterprise infrastructure such as routers/switches, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, firewalls, proxies, VPN, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Ability to learn new technology and produce training and operational guides
- Experience with scripting or programming languages, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python
- Extensive experience troubleshooting meeting quality incidents
- Experience with vendor incident management
- Experience with change management in an enterprise environment
- Maintain a proactive, positive, and efficient attitude at all times
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Ability to follow as well as create streamlined business processes
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time accordingly including task prioritization
- Ability to adhere to industry and Truist standards and best practices
