  • We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our IT Strategy and Organizational Change Management initiatives.
  • In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our multi-year transformation program, shaping our IT strategy, and ensuring seamless organizational change.

What you'll do

  • IT Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the CIO and executive leadership team to develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
    • Develop strategic roadmaps and business cases to support the IT strategy
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of IT initiatives
  • Organizational Change Management:
    • Lead and manage the organizational change management efforts for the 3-year transformation program
    • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and tools to drive success and maximize adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures
    • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential change impacts and develop mitigation strategies
    • Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels to support the change process
    • Measure and track change adoption and progress, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Executive Support:
    • Provide executive support to the CDIO, including managing and running their staff meetings, preparing presentations, and drafting communications
    • Coordinate and facilitate global IT all-hands meetings, director meetings, and other key organizational meetings
    • Develop and deliver clear and concise written communications, including executive summaries, reports, and presentations
    • Prepare regular executive reports on the status of IT initiatives and key performance indicators
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering or other equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years experience leading team members

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience leading transformation initiatives within a F500 level enterprise, preferably an IT organization
  • Strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and facilitation
  • Experience with supporting executive level leaders within a F500 organization
  • Experience leading organizational change management, or communications experience
  • Ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Self-driven with a natural aptitude for engaging employees in multiple workgroups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively and clearly communicate a strategic vision; ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical audiences

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Agile certifications preferred
  • Change management certifications or training preferred
