Your Role: As the Business Intelligence Manager, you'll drive commercial excellence at Abbott Nutrition UK & Ireland. You'll create efficiencies through automation and technology, ensuring data integrity and future-proofing our capabilities. You'll also optimize commercial processes to drive profitable growth and accurate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead BI system solutions (e.g., Power BI) from design to adoption.

  • Implement BI solutions for comprehensive business performance reviews.

  • Manage BI and data integration operations.

  • Optimize data pipelines and warehousing.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Champion self-service BI tools within the organization.

  • Ensure data accuracy and quality.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Project management from design to implementation.

  • Advanced use of data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik) and data warehousing (AWS).

  • Experience managing complex data projects.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent data analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Commercial and financial acumen.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
