Description Overview

The senior EDI specialist will lead EDI implementations for PepsiCo to support core business functions for multiple business units.


Responsibilities

  • Partners with sector and global teams to deliver EDI integrations for multiple business units
  • Monitors, evaluates and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality
  • Champions the adoption of Scaled Agile and DevSecOps practices
  • Provides technical guidance to team members and ensures patterns and best practices are followed through the life cycle of the project
  • Partners with CTO platform teams for infrastructure sizing and monitoring solutions for end-to-end visibility and trend analysis
  • Ensures compliance to corporate policies and maintains procedures and policies for your scope, in collaboration with other teams
  • Removes roadblocks, cultivates relationships, and effectively communicates across Enterprise at various levels of leadership

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

Mandatory technical Skills

  • Technical knowledge of XML, EDI, and protocol standards
  • 3+ years experience with EDI (ANSI X12 and UCS)
  • 3+ years experience with IBM Sterling Integrator
  • 3+ years experience with common B2B communication methods: AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPs, VAN
  • 2+ years experience with PGP encryption
  • Experience with Lightwell framework strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines with an IT emphasis is required
  • 5+ years of experience with PepsiCo or other CPG organizations with proven business and people results is required

Mandatory Non-Technical Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
  • Self-motivation
  • Collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
