The Opportunity:
Solutions Architect – Tibco Integration provides leadership & strategy for a group of IT professionals supporting a major organizational unit responsible for the definition, development, implementation, operation and support of integration/middleware systems and related processes and tools which provide information for reporting, operations, and decision making.
This role will be responsible for overseeing development and product integration roadmaps, develop best practices and standardized architectural frameworks. In-depth integration and solution architecture knowledge will be a key element to succeed in this role.
What You'll Work On:
- Design and implement TIBCO-based integration solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead the architecture and design of TIBCO applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to define integration strategies and solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on TIBCO best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to TIBCO applications.
- Stay updated with the latest TIBCO technologies and industry trends.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, business, information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served.
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 3-5 years systems management experience; experience should also include architecture, project management, systems consulting, employee development, and strategic system planning.
- Proven experience as a TIBCO Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of TIBCO products such as TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS and Tibco Adapters/Plugins

- Tibco Application Migration Experience
- Hands on experience in building scalable HA/DR setups using TIBCO Enterprise Integration Suite in both on-prem and cloud environments.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- TIBCO certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with integration patterns, and/or microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of other integration tools and technologies.

The base pay for this position is $111,300.00 – $222,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
