Evaluate risk and impacts associated with technical changes Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC, etc) Maintain audit-ready documentation of change activities Process Improvement & Automation: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required8 - 10 years of application or infrastructure related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, change management processes, and governance best practices. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
