Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development with related supervisory, management and administrative experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Preference for tech company, fintech or start-up environments. Technical expertise in modern development environment: Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript (Angular). Extensive software and tech asset development experience Effective coach and collaborator Leadership and influencing skills Critical thinking mindset & behaviors Drive execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor Data Science team
