Responsibilities

The Information Security Department's Services Product Suite plays a crucial role in the realm of Information Security, ensuring that all operations are conducted seamlessly. Our mission is to facilitate the "business of security," enabling our various product suites to effectively safeguard the company's information and assets. We provide the essential tools, technology, and processes required to support these operations.

Within Department Services, the Information Security Change and Awareness Team (ChAT) is dedicated to aligning employee mindsets and behaviors with the department's vision and strategic objectives.

This GRC Analyst role demands a distinctive combination of relationship-building skills, creativity, customer focus, and innovation to drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) and promote change adoption. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering an environment that encourages engagement and support for new initiatives, ensuring that our workforce is well-prepared and equipped to embrace change effectively.

  • Collaborate with Business Partners: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and technology within the organization.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with the learning teams to design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the environment.
  • Innovative Modernization Efforts: Explore creative approaches to advance our modernization initiatives by creating and delivering engaging communication materials to inform and educate employees about upcoming changes.
  • Fresh Perspectives: Cultivate a deep understanding of departmental dynamics and contribute bold, innovative ideas that foster a culture of continuous improvement and change resilience within the organization.
  • Support for Change Management: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, conduct change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and identify potential resistance points. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and ET product teams on change management best practices.

Qualifications

We are seeking dynamic candidates who possess the following:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Develop and implement change management plans, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Working knowledge of OCM methodologies which includes development of deliverables such as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments.
  • Experience working with and reaching all levels of employees.

  • Potential starting salary range: $63,977 - $125,000
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
    • High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
