Accountable for leading the Infrastructure Engineering & Cloud Operations product development and automation platform capability within CTO. This transformative leader is directly accountable to enable development services for product managers/owners to enable the delivery of customer facing products & services. This leader will lead multiple development teams & tool automation and orchestration platforms to execute this responsibility. Additionally, will lead the transformation of infrastructure engineering from traditional infrastructure management to infrastructure-as-code and/or Infrastructure as data approaches within product-based methodologies leveraging agile development practices; must collaborate with cross-functional teams (CTO, DCIO, Business, Risk, Cyber, Cloud, etc) as well as support organizations (HR, finance, etc)to define integrated customer facing product strategies and coordinate plans to execute on those strategies. This role will define standardized automation tool suites that provide abstraction layers to optimize infrastructure delivery, observability, and product development. This leader will be responsible for management of multi-million-dollar enterprise partnerships with vendors, that help enable and deliver our solutions. This leader must be the ‘general manager’ for infrastructure product SKU’s that are presented through the standard catalogue to CTO consumers; must have deep and broad experience developing infrastructure products and automation at large scale enterprises.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide executive leadership for the Product & Services Experience/Automation organization and business unit management.
2. Define the infrastructure consumer facing product strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure products and services.
3. Develop P+L for the products within the product line in partnership with finance. Define critical metrics that define success of the products.
4. Identify and drive key metrics and industry benchmarks for the products and services to ensure stable, cost effective and secure products and services.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, considering security, usability, and customer needs.
6. Drive product innovation and transformation leadership to infrastructure product owners to enable infrastructure-as-code/infrastructure as data products, leveraging agile development methodologies.
7. Work closely with business, DCIO, risk and cyber partners to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for SKU based products into the enterprise service catalog.
8. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features to enable business strategies.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to determine business unit performance and NPS scores.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to infrastructure product controls are designed and embedded into the standardized automation and development frameworks.
11. Provide mentorship & development across the infrastructure engineering domain at Truist to ensure a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with career progression and well thought out succession planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
2. Minimum of 20 years of experience in leading global scale infrastructure automation & code development at large enterprises, with a focus on product management and agile practices
3. Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership with direct multi-million-dollar budget accountability
4. Strong understanding of data center and campus large scale enterprise networks
5. Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, with expertise in network security concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure access controls
6. Proven track record of successfully managing the development and launch of secure networking products or solutions
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
9. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
10. Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are desirable
